Creole Mexican Catfish

Ingredients
1/2teaspooncayenne pepper
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoondill weed, dried
1/2teaspoonthyme, dried
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
4eachcatfish, 4 oz fillets
1/4cupmargarine, melted
10oztomatoes, green chile peppers, can, diced, partially drained
